Our
product range encompasses all that today's discerning chefs
require, from hand-selected cuts of aged regional beef to
locally reared lamb and fresh seasonal game. As well as
a wide selection of cooked meats, delicatessen products,
and hand-made sausages.
We always endeavour to source our produce locally, from
reputable farmers and wholesalers, in order to guarantee
the high quality which our customers have come to expect
and demand.
We also offer premium ranges of selected Scotch beef, Caledonia
Crown and Northumbrian lamb from the Ingram
Valley.
