We operate from a modern purpose built and fully temperature controlled premises, situated in Throckley, 5 miles to the west of Newcastle. We pride ourselves on the high standard of both our premises and facilities, and this is reflected in the accreditations we have been awarded.

We actively encourage new customers to visit our premises to gain insight into the butchery techniques we use, and to be assured of the high standards of hygiene within which we operate.
