QUALITY ASSURANCE
All our beef is extra matured in the traditional way 'on the bone' for up to two weeks. By using this method we can be certain that Caledonia Crown delivers all of the taste, texture and quality that you expect from prime Scotch Beef.

LIVESTOCK
The chain of quality assurance for our product starts at the point of origin - the farm. All livestock are selected from prime Scottish herds traditionally finished to the highest standards. Our highly experienced livestock procurement team buy direct from farms that are subject to independent inspection ensuring that the cattle are reared to the highest standards of animal husbandry, health and welfare.
TRACEABILITY
All our products are fully traceable from farm to plate.
The cattle we produce are all fed on 'natural' feeds such as grass, silage, hay, roots and cereals. Any supplementary feeds will be produced to standards laid down by the relevant UK and EU authorities. All medicines and veterinary treatments are stored and used in accordance with national codes of practice. Compliance with these regulations ensures that Caledonia Crown beef is safe, wholesome and is guaranteed from farm to plate.
